I am a digital media and technology executive known for transforming organizations into high-performing businesses that have generated multibillion-dollar revenue growth.

As Head of the AI Core User Experience Division at ServiceNow (Nov 2024 – present), I lead the strategy and development of ServiceNow’s Trusted Global AI Platform, spanning Multiple LLMs, Adjudication Modeling, GenAI, enterprise AI agents, and agentic architectures designed for operation across any enterprise ecosystem with a focus on security, interoperability, observability, policy‑driven trust, unified governance, and a verifiable 30–40% reduction in LLM hallucinations. My ServiceNow portfolio includes the AI Control Tower (Core User & AI Steward Personas), the Trusted Agentic AI Architecture prototype, and a specialized multi-agent workflow for Document Extraction.

Previously, as VP of Digital Strategy, Technology & Media at the Recording Academy / GRAMMYs / Latin GRAMMYs (Feb 2021 – Feb 2024), I oversaw seven websites and led cross-functional teams spanning Technology, Product, Editorial, Media Production, Analytics, Ad Platforms, and Back-Office Systems. Reporting to the COO and Executive Producer of the GRAMMYs (CBS Television), I drove AI & Machine Learning product initiatives supporting digital operations, fan experiences, monetization, and enterprise workflows—modernizing the organization’s digital footprint while aligning revenue strategy and organizational capabilities.

From 2013 to 2021, as an eCommerce Digital Transformation consultant and previously VP of eCommerce, Digital Media & Retail Technology at Trina Turk (Oct 2013 – Jan 2018), I partnered with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, and CTOs to lead major technical initiatives. I owned divisional P&L responsibilities while leading eCommerce, retail technology, digital operations, OMS implementations, and subscription product development. At Trina Turk, I championed early enterprise adoption of Salesforce Einstein BI/ML and was invited to the Salesforce Product Council for the then-new SaaS Commerce Cloud ecosystem (Demandware, Mainstreet OMS, Einstein BI/AI), influencing product direction for large-scale commerce systems.
